Emma Carpenter
Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Carpenter is CAG’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), bringing over 16 years of experience in aviation management, airfield operations, federal compliance, and executive leadership. A highly accomplished aviation professional, she served eight years in the United States Air Force as an Airfield Operations Officer (13M), supporting complex flight and mission operations. She later held a leadership role with the Federal Aviation Administration’s Office of Airports (ARP), where she managed more than $2 billion in federal grant funding and led key infrastructure and compliance initiatives. In addition to her industry leadership, she serves as an Adjunct Professor of Aeronautics at multiple U.S. universities, contributing to the development of future aviation professionals.
As CEO, Mrs. Carpenter oversees all company operations, providing strategic vision, guiding growth, and ensuring financial performance while delivering mission-critical solutions to federal, state, and industry partners. She holds a Master of Science in Aeronautics in Aviation Management and Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Aviation at Liberty University.
Wes Carpenter
Chief Operations Officer & Engineer
Mr. Carpenter is CAG’s Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Engineer, bringing over 16 years of experience in engineering, business administration, executive leadership, and business transformation. An accomplished engineering and business professional, he began his career with NASA and further developed his technical expertise as an engineer supporting a Department of the Navy defense contractor and American Electric Power. Most recently he served as the Senior Manager of Transformation for a nationwide technology firm.
As COO and Chief Engineer, Mr. Carpenter provides strategic leadership, business administration, and engineering technical guidance to advance CAG’s mission and ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-focused solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Christopher Newport University and a Master of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary.
