Meet our Team

Mrs. Carpenter is the founder of CAG as serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Mrs. Carpenter has more than 16 years of experience in aviation management, airport operations, federal compliance, and leadership. Mrs. Carpenter is an accomplished aviation professional having served for eight years in the United States Air Force. This led to her latest position working for the Federal Aviation Administration’s Office of Airports (ARP) managing various airport federal grant programs.

As the CEO, Mrs. Carpenter oversees all operations of the company and is responsible for providing the overall vision, goals, and ensuring the financial well-being of CAG. Mrs. Carpenter has a MS of Aeronautics in Aviation Management and Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and she is pursing her PhD in Aviation from Liberty University*.

Mr. Carpenter is the Chief Strategy Officer for CAG and has over 16 years of experience in engineering, business administration, executive leadership, and business transformation. Mr. Carpenter is an accomplished engineering professional who began his career working for NASA and gained technical expertise as an engineer for a Department of the Navy defense contractor and American Electric Power. Mr. Carpenter most recently served as a Senior Manager for a Technology firm responsible for enterprise transformation.

As the CSO, Mr. Carpenter provides strategic leadership, business administration, and technical guidance to the CEO to help CAG best serve our clients. Mr. Carpenter has a BS in Computer Science and Engineering and a MBA from the College of William and Mary.
